主要特点
本机是针对油脂包装精心设计的10-25L 任意可调的新一代包装设备。采用微电脑PLC自动控制，人机界面，全封闭、下潜式灌装。 计量精度高，灌装范围大，结构紧凑，运行平稳，适合于各种规则形状的容器灌装。液缸及其管道拆卸、清洗，方便快捷。所有接触物料的部件均采用优质不锈钢制造，整机美观大方，符合GMP标准要求。
采用伺服控制、活塞式灌装形式，PLC与人机操控界面，附有四组计量调节记忆数据，更换剂量方便。
配置在线称重反馈系统与PLC系统结合，即时自动调整油品体积与温度对灌装精度的影响。

Major characteristics
This machine is mainly applied in grease industries . Easily controlled by computer (PLC)and touch screen control panel . It is characterized by its totally close from ,submerged filling ,high measurement accuracy , compact and perfect feature ,liquid cylinder and conduits disassemble and clean . It is also suitable for various figure containers . We utilize high-quality stainless steel frames and international famous brand electrical components , so that the machine is applied to GMP standard requirement .
Adopt piston filling type which controlled by servo motor, PLC and HMI control interface, can memory 4 groups of measuring adjustment data, it’s convenient to changing filling volume.
Equipped with online weighing feedback system together with PLC control system, can guarantee high filling accuracy and prevent the influence of oil’s volume changing because of temperature.
